Just overwrite old module files by new one's and update the module on the admin side of your site.

You could find the Hook hack in the hook-hack folder
You could find modified template to use the lightbox feature. To use it, just put the module folder to your theme directory (wwwroot/themes/MYTHEME/)
Install hook hack to use the lightbox feature.
